My 19 - A Place of Rest

"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, then are dreamt of in your philosophy."
- Willian Shakespear (1564-1616); English dramatist, playwright and poet.

Semporna
Means "A Place of Rest"

Sabah

We've been to Semporna in our trip to Tawau. The town located 75km from Tawau City founded in mid 1880's by Chinese settlers. Here the population mainly are Bajau, visited by tourist mainly as their base before trips to Sipadan Island for scuba diving and snrkeling. I'll definetly be back to this town later as I really like Sipadan - the most beautiful island in Malaysia.

Wooden Stilt House that has hostels and restaurant - a base before departuring Sipadan, Kapalai and Mabul islands.

OK - till next time. Sayonara!
